These Terms & Conditions govern all donations and transactions processed through our website, including payments via WebXPay IPG.
Donations made through our website are used exclusively for charitable programs approved by Global Associate.
All transactions are processed securely via WebXPay and are subject to applicable banking regulations. By making a donation, donors acknowledge that their contribution is intended for charitable purposes only.
Key Guidelines:
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@globalassociate.lk within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
Donor information is collected and stored securely. Personal and payment information is never stored on Global Associate servers; all transactions are processed via WebXPay’s secure platform.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law or regulatory authorities.
