Nithyanandan
Founder
Nithyanandan is the visionary leader behind Global Associate, guiding the organization’s strategic direction and long-term mission. With a deep commitment to education, social empowerment, and community development, he ensures that all initiatives align with the organization’s goals and values. Under his leadership, Global Associate has expanded its programs to reach underserved communities, fostering sustainable development and social upliftment. Nithyanandan emphasizes transparency, accountability, and ethical governance, ensuring that every program creates measurable impact and serves the community with integrity.
Sakthivel
Secretary
Sakthivel plays a critical role in maintaining governance, regulatory compliance, and organizational efficiency. He oversees statutory documentation, coordinates with regulatory authorities, and ensures that internal communication and operational processes run seamlessly. His structured approach to administration strengthens organizational discipline and credibility, enabling Global Associate to implement programs effectively while maintaining the highest standards of transparency, compliance, and accountability.
Ven. Mahanuwara Ananda Shantha Thero
Treasurer
Ven. Mahanuwara Ananda Shantha Thero provides spiritual guidance and ethical oversight, serving as a moral compass for the organization. His vision is rooted in compassion, integrity, and service, which inspires all initiatives to uplift communities. He actively supports the development of educational projects, including the establishment of schools and skills development programs, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and responsibly. Through his leadership, Global Associate continues to foster meaningful social change, nurturing the potential of underprivileged communities and creating sustainable impact.
Jayasudharshana
Director, Programs / Education / Community Development
Jayasudharshana leads Global Associate’s educational and community development initiatives with a focus on creating sustainable and high-impact programs. With extensive overseas exposure and experience in running educational institutes, he brings a global perspective to the planning, design, and execution of projects. He ensures programs reach the communities that need them most, enhancing access to quality education, skills training, and community services. His strategic approach strengthens partnerships, fosters innovation, and ensures that every initiative contributes to meaningful, measurable social impact.
Krishanth
Director, Overseas Operations
Krishanth manages Global Associate’s international programs, partnerships, and overseas engagement. An Indian national with extensive experience in cross-border operations, he ensures seamless coordination with international partners, educational institutions, and donors. Tech-savvy and digitally oriented, Krishanth drives the organization’s digital transformation, social media presence, and online outreach strategies. His leadership expands the organization’s global visibility, strengthens international collaborations, and amplifies the impact of its programs across borders.
